Procurement of Corrugated Boxes (Qty: 300000 Nos.) by Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Karachi

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) Karachi invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of corrugated boxes for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for a total quantity of 300,000 corrugated boxes divided into two sizes: 150,000 boxes with inner dimensions 13" x 9" x 6" and 150,000 boxes with inner dimensions 13" x 9" x 7". The boxes must be 5-ply with a minimum bursting strength of 850 Kpa and grammage of 830 ± 5%. The PSPC logo shall be printed in green on two diagonally opposite longer sides of the boxes with distinguishable colors for each size. Suppliers must be original manufacturers with a supply declaration confirming over 10,000 tons per annum. Two physical samples of each box size must be submitted with the bid for quality verification. Delivery schedules will be finalized monthly or quarterly as per PSPC requirements.
