Procurement of Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, Parking Passes and Repair for Official Vehicles, Miscellaneous Items for Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit Baltistan FY 2026-2027

The Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit Baltistan invites sealed bids for the supply of various goods and services required for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is intended to meet the operational needs of the court in Gilgit, ensuring smooth administrative and vehicular functions throughout the year. Items being procured: - Office stationery - Computer stationery - Parking passes and repair/maintenance for official vehicles - Miscellaneous items Bidders are expected to provide high-quality materials and reliable services as per the requirements of the Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit Baltistan. The scope includes the timely supply of all listed items, with particular attention to the maintenance and repair of official vehicles, which is critical for court operations. All goods and services must comply with the standards set by the court and relevant regulatory authorities. Eligible suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money at the rate of 5% of the total bid amount must be submitted along with the bid in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit Baltistan. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be considered. The deadline for submission of bids is 3rd November 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract and provide performance security as per the rules of GB PPRA.
