Tender Description
The District and Sessions Judge Torghar invites sealed tenders through E-PADS for the supply of various office equipment and furniture required at the Sessions Court Torghar located in Oghi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement includes a range of items such as a 120PPM heavy duty scanner, office furniture, a 24 set telephone exchange, small size fridge, complete virtual court solutions, video conferencing system accessories, and AC inverters. These items are essential to enhance the operational efficiency and technological capabilities of the court office.
Interested firms must be registered with GST and Income Tax Authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding documents with detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Torghar during office hours or downloaded from the official Sessions Court Torghar website. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank, payable to the District & Sessions Judge, Torghar.
