Tender Description
National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) is procuring office equipment for its site offices located across various districts in Punjab. This procurement covers multiple lots under the Punjab Development Program, including construction supervision and resident supervision for both south and north packages. The equipment includes glass door water dispensers, refrigerators, air coolers, UPS systems with batteries, air conditioners, ceiling fans, and pedestal fans from approved brands such as Haier, PEL, Dawlance, Kenwood, Boss, Canon, Super Asia, Homage, Inverex, Delux, Pak Fans, Royal Fans, and GFC. The items must meet specified quality standards and be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the respective site offices.
Suppliers must be authorized distributors or manufacturers with at least three years of experience supplying similar equipment. They must provide valid NTN, GST certificates, and active tax payer status for both income and sales tax. Suppliers should not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency and must submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper. A bid security of PKR 1 million in the form of a bank draft or pay order is mandatory. The supplier must have a warehouse capable of handling large orders and a proper business location with landline telephone facilities.
Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on June 22, 2026, with the technical and financial bids combined in a single envelope. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at NESPAK Head Office Lahore. Payment will be made within 45 days after acceptance of goods and submission of all required documents. Warranty of at least one year is required, covering all parts and components.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure samples of each item are provided within three days of purchase order issuance for approval, as non-conforming samples may lead to rejection and replacement without extension of delivery time. Strict adherence to specifications and timely submission will enhance chances of success in this competitive procurement.
