Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for Embassy of Pakistan Washington DC

The Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, D.C. invites sealed bids from eligible and established furniture suppliers and dealers for the supply, delivery, and assembly/installation of office furniture for the Office of the Economic Minister at the Embassy. Items being procured: - Sofa Set (1) - Coffee Table (1) - Side/End Tables (2) - Executive Desk with Drawers, File Cabinet and Hutch (1) - Executive/Office Chair (4) - Armchairs (4) The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(a) of the Pakistan Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, either by hand, courier, or mail, addressed to the Economic Minister, Embassy of Pakistan, 3517 International Court, NW Washington, D.C. 20008. The deadline for submission is 12:00 noon on Thursday, 10th September 2026. Late bids or bids submitted by ordinary email will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Embassy reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
