Tender Description

The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), through its Regional Directorate of Special Education & Rehabilitation Centers in Karachi, invites bids for the provision of office furniture, computer equipment, and plant & machinery at the Regional Office and Special Education & Rehabilitation Centers under DEPD within the jurisdiction of Regional Directorate Sukkur. This procurement is part of the ADP Scheme #724/2025-26 aimed at Strengthening and Revamping all Centers and Offices under DEPD. The technical scope includes supply of brand new desktop PCs with 12th Gen processors, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, and accessories such as mouse, keyboard, speakers, headphones, and 19" LED monitors. UPS units with 600 watts output and 1-year battery warranty, laserjet 3-in-1 printers, laminated computer tables, revolving computer chairs, 1.5 ton split AC units, pharmacy freezers with adjustable shelves and LED lighting, and 55" TCL Android LED TVs are also required. The delivery schedule is stipulated from the date of contract award. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and hold valid PEC registration in category C-4 with specialized fields EE09 and ME01.
