Procurement of Office Furniture for PCMU KP-RIISP

The Planning and Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP), invites quotations for the procurement of office furniture. The furniture must be durable and suitable for office use, ensuring comfort and functionality for the PCMU staff. Eligible suppliers must have a minimum of five years experience in supplying similar office furniture. Valid NTN and STRN registration and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are mandatory. Suppliers blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or the World Bank are ineligible. Quotations must be valid for 90 days from submission and inclusive of all applicable taxes. A bid security of 2% of the quoted price in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is required.
