National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and general suppliers for the procurement of office furniture for its site offices located in various districts of Punjab. This procurement is under the project titled for one contract and aims to supply quality furniture to multiple site offices across Punjab. Items being procured: - Executive Table (6x32) Qty: 6 - Executive Revolving Chair Qty: 6 - Office Table (5x32) Qty: 27 - Visitor Chairs Qty: 100 - Steel Almirah (6x3) Qty: 16 - Wooden File Rack (6x4) Qty: 15 - Single Bed size 3x6.5 Qty: 27 - Dining Table (with 4 chairs) Qty: 11 The technical scope includes manufacturing and supplying furniture items such as executive tables, revolving chairs, office tables, visitor chairs, steel almirahs, wooden file racks, single beds, and dining tables with chairs. The furniture must meet specified dimensions and quality standards, including laminated tops, ergonomic designs, and durable materials. The supplier must have a production unit capable of handling large orders and provide pre-production samples for evaluation of material and craftsmanship before bulk orders are placed. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to have valid NTN and GST certificates, active taxpayer status, and at least three years of experience supplying similar furniture items. Suppliers must provide purchase orders or contract agreements for similar supplies worth at least PKR 25 million in the last five years. Business location with landline telephone facility and registration as manufacturer or seller of furniture is mandatory. The bid security is PKR 0.2 million in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Bids must be signed, typewritten, and submitted in sealed envelopes as per the attached BOQ. Delivery and installation must be completed within 15 days of purchase order issuance. Payment will be made after successful delivery and acceptance at site offices. The submission deadline is 7 days from the publish date or as specified by NESPAK. Bidders should quote one rate per item and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
