Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of various office printing items at the State Life Insurance Corporation's Vehari Zone office. The procurement covers a wide range of stationery including ball pens, box files, calculators, carbon paper, color paper, gum sticks, highlighters, permanent markers, packing tape, continuous paper, paper pins, rim papers, staplers, and other related items. The items are to be delivered to the Zonal Office located at 1st Floor SK Mall Near NADRA Office Burewala Road, Vehari.
The scope requires reputable and experienced firms, preferably based in Vehari, to provide quality stationery products matching the specifications mentioned. The tender emphasizes the importance of supplying items with the exact quality, size, and design as specified, with samples required for most items except one. The procurement process is conducted through E-PADS under a single stage two-envelope system, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
Bidders must comply with all regulatory requirements including valid NTN and GST registration. The tender also requires submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money equal to 2.5% of the tender value. Firms must ensure their products meet the quality standards to avoid forfeiture of the security deposit. Income tax and GST will be deducted as per government policy. Bidders or their representatives may attend the bid opening session.
