Tender Description
Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) invites sealed bids from reputed and established firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the procurement of office stationery articles for its headquarter in Karachi. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with a bid security of Rs. 150,000 and a bid validity period of 90 days.
The scope includes supply of various stationery items such as registers, paper clips, correcting fluid, staplers, photostat paper, pens, calculators, and other office essentials. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the SPPRA EPADS portal by 2:30 PM on January 2, 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 3:00 PM the same day. Samples of quoted items are required from the three lowest bidders for quality verification before final award.
