Tender Description
NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi invites bids for the procurement of offset paper on an annual contract basis for the year 2025-26. The contract includes supply of various sizes and weights of imported offset paper including A-4 80 gram, A-4 70 gram, A-3 80 gram, and duplicating A-4 50 gram paper. Bidders must comply with detailed technical specifications and submit samples upon request within two days for approval.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with original bid security delivered physically before tender opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder quoting for all items. The delivery schedule is on an as-required basis under the annual rate contract. Eligibility criteria include at least three years of relevant experience, local presence in Karachi, and compliance with tax and registration requirements.
