Offset, VRG, Craft Papers and Raw Materials for Printing of Answer Sheets for Conduct & Secrecy Branch Controller of Examinations

Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites manufacturing companies, sole distributors, and well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the procurement of Offset, VRG, Craft Papers and Raw Materials for printing of answer sheets for the Conduct & Secrecy Branch Controller of Examinations in Multan. Items being procured: - Offset Paper - VRG Paper - Craft Papers - Raw Materials for Printing Answer Sheets The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and no bids other than through this system will be accepted. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order will be accepted. The procurement process will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must quote rates including all applicable taxes in the prescribed Financial Bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for the entire tender. Tender documents with terms and conditions are available at the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the total purchase order value in favor of Treasurer, B.Z.U. Multan for six months. Failure to supply within the required period will result in forfeiture of the performance guarantee and further action as per rules. Complete bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 12-11-2026 at 01:30 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of the Purchase Officer or Committee Room, B.Z. University Multan. In case of holidays, the opening date/time will be the next working day.
