The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the supply of various goods, services, supplies, accessories, and related items. This opportunity is open to well-reputed manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, firms, and suppliers with relevant experience and established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Prospective bidders must be registered with a National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax Number (GSTN) and be active taxpayers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Sealed proposals along with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 for prequalification must be submitted in clearly marked envelopes to the address below latest by 1500 hours on 06 October 2026. The sealed envelopes will be opened the same day at 1530 hours. Late proposals will be rejected.
