Establishment and Operation of Branded Tin/Canned and Frozen Food Outlets in Domestic and International Departure Lounge

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Lahore is inviting bids for the establishment and operation of branded tin/canned and frozen food outlets in the domestic and international departure lounge at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. This opportunity is open under a tender process managed by the Joint Director Commercial PAA AIIAP Lahore. Items being procured: - Establishment and operation of branded tin/canned food outlets - Establishment and operation of frozen food outlets - Operation in domestic departure lounge - Operation in international departure lounge The license period is for five (05) years or until the finalization of outsourcing of AIIAP, or until the time concession premises get disturbed by the AIIAP Expansion Project, or until the domestic terminal becomes part of the international terminal, whichever is earlier. The concessionaire will be responsible for managing the outlets in compliance with the specified terms and conditions. Interested bidders must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including valid registration with FBR and ATL, and any other relevant certifications. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be detailed in the tender documents. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). The technical and financial bids will be evaluated as per PAA procurement rules. The last date for purchase of tender documents is **28th July 2026**. Submission of bids will be accepted on **29th July 2026 at 1100 hrs** at the C.O.O./APM Office AIIAP Lahore. The tender opening will take place on the same day at **1130 hrs** at the same venue.
