Contract for Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Works and Solar System Installed at State Life Building Rahim Yar Khan

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLICP) invites experienced and registered firms to submit electronic bids for the contract of operation and maintenance of electrical works and the solar system installed at the State Life Building in Rahim Yar Khan. This contract covers comprehensive maintenance services including daily operation, preventive maintenance, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly servicing of electrical equipment and solar systems. Items being maintained include: - Electrical Supervisor (licensed) and staff - Electrical equipment such as 630KVA transformer, LT switchboards, power factor improvement plant, distribution boards, emergency distribution boards, DG sets (100KVA), solar system, sub meters, lightning protection system, fire fighting and water pump panels, lighting fixtures, telephone wiring, fire alarm system, and auto transfer switches The scope includes visual inspections, record keeping, emergency response within 2 hours, coordination with MEPCO and other government agencies, and detailed reporting. The contract requires licensed electrical staff with specified experience and adherence to government wage policies. Bidders must be registered with E-PAD, NTN, Punjab Sales Tax, EOBI, PESSI, and hold an electrical contractor license from the Electric Inspector Govt. of Punjab. The contract duration is one year with monthly billing and retention money deductions. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system by 19-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security of Rs. 75,000 in the form of a pay order must be delivered before bid opening. The contract will be awarded following post-qualification evaluation based on experience, financial strength, and technical staff qualifications.
