Procurement of Spares for Replacement of Rooftop AC of PBB Held at BKIAP Peshawar

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of spares for replacement of rooftop air conditioning units at the Pakistan Bureau of Aviation Peshawar (BKIAP Peshawar). Items being procured: - Thermostat (Qty: 1, Warranty: 365 Days) - Pressure Controller (Qty: 1, Warranty: 365 Days) - Electric Controller (Qty: 1, Warranty: 365 Days) The technical specifications include thermostats of make/model CAREL-EN60730 (Part No. EN60730/UL873-T50) 24V-50/60HZ 70MA or equivalent, pressure controllers of make/model ARTHUR GRILLO-DPC200-EP1000 (Part No. 2574) with measurement range 0 to 1000 Pascals and supply voltage 10-30VDC/24VAC single output 0-10V, and electric controllers of make/model CAREL-UC2SE Part Code 98C567C010 or equivalent. Bidders must be registered with FBR, hold valid NTN and GST registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security of PKR 16,540 in the form of a Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to inspect items before or after order confirmation. Bidders must provide complete technical data sheets and literature with their bids. Delivery location is BKIAP Peshawar.
