NBP Quetta Cantt invites bids for operation and maintenance of HVAC Plant Chiller 150-Ton and Boiler 80HP including wall mounted and floor standing AC units. This contract covers comprehensive HVAC and allied electrical services at the NBP Regional Office Quetta Cantt and Quetta Cantt Branch. The scope includes continuous operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and servicing of chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, air handling units, valves, piping, electrical systems, standalone AC units, refrigerators, and water dispensers. Services are required in multiple shifts with emergency support beyond normal hours. The contractor must provide all tools, equipment, safety gear, and skilled manpower as per the technical evaluation criteria. NBP will supply electricity, gas, water, chemicals, and space for the contractor's staff. Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in C6/O6 category with ME-01 & ME-06 codes, be registered with FBR and provincial tax authorities, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant HVAC operation and maintenance experience. The contract tenure is three years with a fixed price bid valid for 180 days. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required. The contract will be governed by Pakistani laws and PPRA rules.
