Provision of Certain Facilities for Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services Hyderabad invites sealed bids for the provision of certain facilities at various locations under its jurisdiction. This notice is aimed at registered contractors and firms who are interested in executing civil and electrical works for the department in Hyderabad, Sindh. The scope of work covers the construction, installation, and provision of specified facilities as detailed in the tender document. Items being procured: - Provision of certain facilities (each facility estimated at Rs. 4,000,000) - Multiple lots, each for the provision of certain facilities as per the attached schedule in the notice (total of 20 lots, each with a value of Rs. 4,000,000) The technical scope includes both civil and electrical works, requiring the contractor to deliver complete and functional facilities as per MES standards. All works must comply with the specifications and quality requirements set by the department. The successful bidder will be responsible for timely completion and adherence to safety protocols at the site. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with MES in the appropriate category and have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year. Firms must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order, equivalent to the specified percentage of the bid amount, must be submitted with the bid. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be considered. The deadline for submission of bids is 30 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the MES Hyderabad office. Late submissions will not be entertained.
