- Provision of cleaning materials, lubricants, and oil replenishment

The technical scope includes servicing six OTIS lifts installed in 2010, comprising five passenger lifts and one service lift with detailed specifications such as capacity, speed, control systems, and power supply. The contractor must ensure smooth functioning, avoid operational interruptions, and maintain attendance records. The contractor must be PEC registered with C-3 category and ME-03 specialization, have experience with OTIS lifts for at least eight clients in the past five years, and demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of PKR 50 million over the last three years.
Key dates include bid submission by Monday, August 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. The bid security must be submitted as a pay order to NICL's Karachi office. The contract will commence within 15 days of signing and payments will be made monthly upon invoice submission. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS v2.0 platform as manual bids are not accepted. Maintaining a qualified full-time technician on site and submitting detailed monthly reports will be critical for contract compliance and avoiding penalties.
