Operation, Management and Maintenance Contracts for Bus Bays with Public Facilities at Wazirabad and Rawalpindi Maintenance Units

National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region, Central Zone, invites e-bids for the award of contracts for the operation, management, and maintenance of bus bays with provision of public facilities at designated maintenance units in Wazirabad and Rawalpindi. The contracts are offered on an advance quarterly net guaranteed revenue basis with a 10 percent annual enhancement, and are initially for one year, extendable for two more years upon satisfactory performance. The scope covers the following locations: - Lalamusa (Location: 1397+000, Monthly Net Reserve Price: PKR 1,500,000, Earnest Money: PKR 900,000) - Kharian (Location: 1412+000, Monthly Net Reserve Price: PKR 2,181,000, Earnest Money: PKR 1,308,000) - Sara-e-Alamgir (Location: 1427+1428, Monthly Net Reserve Price: PKR 1,710,000, Earnest Money: PKR 1,026,000) - Gujar Khan (Location: 1491+000, Monthly Net Reserve Price: PKR 1,404,000, Earnest Money: PKR 842,000) Bidders must be private business entities (sole proprietorship or partnership) and are required to have valid PEC registration in Category O-5 for the year 2027, as well as be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security in the form of PO/CDR in favor of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit) is mandatory for each location. Bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Detailed bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the NHA website. All e-bids must be submitted by November 02, 2026, 11:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the address provided.
