Operation, Management and Maintenance of Bus Bays with Public Facilities

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region, Central Zone, invites e-Bids for the operation, management, and maintenance of bus bays with provision of public facilities. This re-invitation concerns Maintenance Units in the cities of Wazirabad and Rawalpindi. The contracts are for a period of one year, extendable for two additional years based on satisfactory performance reports from Deputy Directors (Maintenance). Items being procured: - Maintenance of Bus Bays at Lalamusa 1397+000 - Maintenance of Bus Bays at Kharian 1412+000 - Maintenance of Bus Bays at Sara-e-Alamgir 1427+1428 - Maintenance of Bus Bays at Gujar Khan 1491+000 The contracts are awarded on an advance quarterly net guaranteed revenue basis with a 10% annual enhancement cumulatively to the private business entities, which may be sole proprietorships or partnerships. The bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid PEC registration in Category O-5 for the year 2027. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit) is required for each location.
