The services will be provided on-site at the Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College in Ismaila, Swabi. Tender documents with detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, and terms can be obtained from the college office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), possessing a valid and active National Tax Number (NTN), valid Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR at the time of bid submission. Bidders must also submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any federal or provincial government department or public sector organization.
