Organization of Global Cuisine Show, Car Rental Services, and Supply of Miscellaneous Items for FoodAg2026 at Expo Centre Karachi

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), under the Ministry of Commerce, invites sealed bids from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for services related to the Food and Agriculture Exhibition - FoodAg2026, scheduled to be held at Expo Centre Karachi from 23 to 26 November 2026. Earnest money amounts are PKR 1,200,000 for the cuisine show, PKR 500,000 for car rental services, and PKR 200,000 for miscellaneous items. Technical bids for the first two services will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified firms. For the third service, only one proposal is to be submitted. Bids must be submitted before the closing time of 11:00 AM on 19-10-2026. The bid opening times are 11:30 AM and 11:50 AM respectively for the first two services, and 12:00 PM for the third.
