Out Sourcing of Courier Company for Delivery of Documents for Consulate General of Pakistan Jeddah

The Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah invites sealed bids from experienced and well reputed firms having valid license and registration for the out sourcing of a courier company for delivery of documents from the Consulate General to the Western Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Items being procured: - Out sourcing of courier company for delivery of documents Tender documents may be collected from the Consulate upon submission of a non-refundable tender document fee of SAR 500, payable either in cash or through bank transfer on any working day between 0800 to 1600 hours. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure where each bidder must submit separate envelopes clearly marked as technical bid (including security @ 3%) and financial proposals. Bids will be opened and evaluated as per the bidding document instructions. Earnest Money or Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Cheque @ 3% of the total amount (calculated on annual rent) in favor of Consulate General of Pakistan, Jeddah must accompany the bid, without which the tender will be rejected. Bids must be submitted on or before 11th November 2026 at 1100 hrs, with technical bids opening at 1130 hrs the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Consulate General of Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
