Prequalification for Transportation of Mail on Jhelum-Mianwali-Bhakkar-Dera Ismail Khan Mail Line

Pakistan Post, Office of the Postmaster General Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi, invites applications from applicants registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for transportation of mail on the Jhelum-Mianwali-Bhakkar-Dera Ismail Khan mail line under a closed framework agreement. Items being procured: - Transportation services for mail on Jhelum-Mianwali-Bhakkar-Dera Ismail Khan mail line The scope involves reliable and timely transportation of postal items along the specified mail route. Applicants must comply with all tax registration requirements and demonstrate capability to handle mail transport efficiently. Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-PADS and PPRA websites (https://epads.gov.pk/ and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk/). Applications must be submitted through e-PADS version 2.0 on or before the deadline of 20th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not allowed. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee is also available on e-PADS. Bidders are advised to ensure timely electronic submission and to review all pre-qualification requirements carefully to avoid disqualification.
