Tender Description
This tender invites bids for outsourcing the zone-wise domestic billing and recovery services in Hyderabad under the Hyderabad Water and Sewerage Corporation. The project focuses on efficient management of domestic consumer data, accurate bill generation, and timely distribution to approximately 30,000 domestic consumers in Zone-02, Hirabad. The contractor will also be responsible for revenue collection, ensuring deposits into designated HW&SC accounts, and managing consumer communication including dispute resolution.
The scope includes data management, billing, revenue collection, consumer query handling, reporting, reconciliation, and legal enforcement support. The contractor must issue notices to defaulters, escalate unresolved issues to HW&SC, and submit weekly defaulter reports. This work requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with local billing systems and consumer relations in Hyderabad.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories relevant to service contracts and maintain valid FBR/ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. It is advisable to verify all tax and duty inclusions in bid prices and prepare the necessary bid security as per SPP rules. The bid validity period is 90 days, and bidders must be pre-qualified or demonstrate relevant experience and financial capacity.
The submission deadline is set for 17th March 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at the Directorate of HW&SC, 3rd Floor Civic Centre, Hyderabad. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADs portal as per the instructions provided.
