Outsourcing of Chewra Glamping Resort Operations

The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites bids for the outsourcing of operations at the recently developed TDCP Glamping Pods Resort located in Tehsil Kotli Sattian, District Murree. This tender offers a golden opportunity for reputed national, multinational, and international business entities with authentic experience in resorts, hotels, and restaurants to manage this attractive and beautiful resort. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of operations for TDCP Glamping Pods Resort The scope includes full operational management of the glamping resort, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service. The resort is situated in a prime tourist location in Murree, requiring expertise in tourism and hospitality management. Interested parties must submit a CDR of 5% of the estimated lease money (Rs. 1,500,000) as bid security. The estimated outsourcing money is Rs. 30 million per annum with a 10% annual increase. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience/background in tourism and hospitality, valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and submission of a certificate/affidavit confirming the firm is neither bankrupt nor blacklisted by any government or autonomous body. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. The initial outsourcing period is five years, extendable for a similar term, starting from the agreement signing date. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the General Manager (Operations) at TDCP Head Office, 68 Trade Center Block, Ayub Chowk, Johar Town, Lahore, by 2:00 pm on 20.08.2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 pm. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
