Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the operation and maintenance of Common Facility Centres under a public-private partnership model across multiple cities in Pakistan. The procurement covers services related to engineering support, skill development, and facility management in the light engineering and manufacturing sectors. The centres are equipped with advanced machinery and provide skilled workforce services in major industrial cities.
The scope includes managing centres in Peshawar, Lasbella, Hyderabad, Lahore, and Karachi with facilities offering product design, rapid prototyping, precision manufacturing, injection moulding, and other engineering services. Bidders must be qualified and legally registered entities capable of operating these centres under the PPP framework.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 28th January 2026 at 1500 hrs with accompanying bid security. Terms of Reference are available upon application and fee payment.
