Tender Description
Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for the outsourcing of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27 at Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e Procurement System (EP) from eligible bidders including associations of firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers/JVs registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.).
Items being procured:
- Outsourcing of Janitorial Services for Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan FY 2026-27
The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the hospital premises throughout the financial year. Bidders must upload their bids on the Punjab e Procurement System (EP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by the fixed date and time. Late bids will be rejected. The bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the committee room of the institution.
Eligibility criteria include furnishing a bid security of 1% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in the name of the Principal, Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 along with all amendments. Single stage-two envelopes procedure as per rule 38 (2)(a) of PPRA rules 2014 shall be applied. Bid validity period is 180 days.
