Tender Description
University of the Punjab Lahore invites bids from authorized manufacturers, sole distributors, contractors, and suppliers registered with GST, PST, and NTN for multiple procurement items under a single stage two envelope bidding process through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The procurement is for various departments within the university including the Health Centre, Main Office, Examinations, and Chief Security Office.
Items being procured:
- Outsourcing of Lab Tests on Annual Framework Contract Basis
- Outsourcing of the Printing of RFID Cards on Annual Framework Contract Basis
- Procurement of Polythene Envelope (Biodegradable)
- Procurement of Uniform for Security Guards of Chief Security Office
The scope covers outsourcing lab testing services, printing RFID cards, supply of biodegradable polythene envelopes, and uniforms for security personnel. Bidders must submit bid security as specified: Rs. 1,400,000 for lab tests, Rs. 189,000 for RFID cards, Rs. 150,000 for polythene envelopes, and Rs. 165,000 for uniforms. No physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted; all bid securities must be submitted online through the Bank of the Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines.
