Outsourcing Labor for Sweeping Roads, Streets and Cleaning Open Surface Drains & Sewerage Lines in Mirpurkhas

Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for outsourcing labor services for sweeping roads, streets, and cleaning open surface drains and sewerage lines in various areas of Mirpurkhas city. The contract duration is six months starting from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. Items being procured: - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Ali Talpur Town to Bhansinghabad - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Nat Para to Civil Hospital - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Jarwari Shakh to Slaughter House - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Railway Underpass to Rahim Nagar - Outsourcing labor for sweeping of roads, streets & cleaning open surface drains & sewerage lines Nawab Colony to Latif Town The scope includes labor services for cleaning and maintenance of roads and sewerage lines in the specified areas under the Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. The work is funded through the Own Source Funds (OZT Share) with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.0 Million per lot. Eligible bidders must be registered firms in the waste management sector and hold a valid license from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA). Civil contractor firms are not eligible. Bidders must also provide NTN, SRB registration, three-year bank statements, and experience certificates. Firms should have at least five years of experience in rural and urban waste management, recycling, and landfill operations. Audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered account firms with UDIN codes are required. Tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money of 2% of the bid price must be submitted via pay order or bank draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. The tender will be received up to 28 October 2026 at 12:00 pm and opened the same day at 12:30 pm. In case of government holidays, the tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical proposals demonstrating the adequacy of their resources and experience. Submission must be in English and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. The Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per SPPRA rules.
