Outsourcing Operation & Management of Pakistan Railways Concrete Sleeper Factories at Sukkur, Khanewal & Kohat Cantt

Pakistan Railways invites prequalified firms, companies, and joint ventures for outsourcing the operation and management of its Concrete Sleeper Factories located at Sukkur, Khanewal, and Kohat Cantt. This procurement covers rehabilitation, upgradation, maintenance, and operation of these factories during the concession period under a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) mode. Eligibility criteria include being a prequalified firm/company/JV with relevant experience in factory operations and management, especially in the railway or concrete sleeper manufacturing sector.
