Outsourcing Operations for Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club F-9 to Operate Maintain and Transfer

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is inviting bids for the outsourcing operations of Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club F-9. This procurement is specifically for the operation, maintenance, and transfer (OMT) of the facility located in Islamabad. The scope includes managing the day-to-day operations, upkeep, and overall maintenance of the club to ensure smooth functioning and service delivery to the public. The project is based in Islamabad, and all activities will be conducted under the supervision of CDA's Project Director GH&CC. Firms must submit a bid security of Rs. 2,000,000 in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. The bids will be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system by July 2, 2026, at 1200 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the EPADS portal and upload all required documents, including the scanned copy of bid security, well before the deadline.
