Outsourcing of 5 Railway Managed Schools under PPP Model on RUOT Basis

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites e-proposals from reputable national firms, companies, joint ventures having relevant experience in the education sector for outsourcing of the following 5 schools under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model on RUOT basis. The concession period shall be 30 years, including 2 years mobilization period. Items being outsourced: - P.R. Girls High School, Risalpur - P.R. Girls Middle School, Khanewal - P.R. Girls High School, Rohri - P.R. Girls High School, Sukkur - P.R. Boys High School, Sukkur The scope involves operation and management of these railway managed schools. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. E-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, November 5, 2026, 02:00 PM, with online opening at 02:30 PM the same day. Participating bidders will be notified automatically regarding preliminary results and final results will be notified in due course.
