Tender Description
Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Dera Ghazi Khan Division, invites bids for outsourcing sanitation services at the Model Cattle Market Muhammad Pur located in Dera Ghazi Khan. This procurement is aimed at ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation at the cattle market to maintain hygiene standards and provide a better environment for traders and visitors.

The scope includes comprehensive sanitation services covering waste collection, disposal, cleaning of market premises, and maintenance of hygienic conditions throughout the market area. Bidders must be registered companies or firms with valid registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS) and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PSTN), and PPRA for E-Procurement.
The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with submission of encrypted electronic files via the E-PADS portal. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The bid security amount is Rs. 200,000/- and must be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement regulations.
