The District Council Tando Mohammad Khan invites sealed tenders for outsourcing sanitation staff services for sweeping and cleaning streets in different main villages of Union Council Allahyar Turk, Moya, Naseer Khan Chang. The contract duration is six months, from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. Items being procured: - Outsourcing services of sanitation staff for sweeping and cleaning streets at different main villages of Union Council Allahyar Turk, Moya, Naseer Khan Chang, District Council Tando Mohammad Khan This tender covers the provision of sanitation staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the specified union councils. The scope includes sweeping streets, cleaning open surface drains, and managing sewerage lines. The contract requires firms registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026 and have registration from Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management code 9852, 0000. Bidders must attach NTN, three-year bank statements, and experience certificates. Contractors must be return filers updated to 2025. Experience of at least five years in outsourcing rural waste collection, dumping, recycling, and municipal/town garbage management is required. Firms must have executed at least 50 contracts of waste management and maintain a company website. Audit reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants with UDIN code must be submitted. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money equal to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted as a pay order or bank draft in favor of District Council T.M.Khan. Bids will be received and opened on 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with a second attempt on 27-10-2026 at 10:00 AM if required. The tender documents are available on the EPAID site under the signature of the Chief Officer District Council T.M.Khan. The successful contractor will be required to execute an agreement on non-judicial stamp paper and provide a working staff list as per estimates. The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per SPPRA rules.
