Tender Description
The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from private education service providers for the outsourcing of school management and operations of Aligarh Public School located in Gulgasht Colony, Multan. This initiative is part of the Nawaz Sharif School of Eminence (NSSE) model, aiming to enhance educational standards through public-private partnership.
Items being procured:
- Operational Management of Aligarh Public School
The scope includes comprehensive management and operational services for the school, ensuring quality education delivery under the NSSE framework. The project demands experienced firms or organizations capable of managing educational institutions at scale with a focus on technology integration, social development, and educational excellence.
Eligibility criteria are clearly defined for three applicant categories. Educational chains must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the education sector, operate at least 15 registered schools or colleges, maintain a cumulative enrollment of 5,000 students, and possess readily deployable funds of PKR 100 million. Ed-Tech firms require at least 5 years of experience in technology-enabled education solutions, deployment of platforms in at least 50 educational institutions, successful execution of at least 3 large-scale Ed-Tech projects serving over 5,000 users each, and PKR 100 million in deployable funds. NGOs/CSOs must have 15 years of experience in education or social sector development, experience with at least 50 educational institutions, successful implementation of 3 large-scale education projects, a minimum of 20,000 student beneficiaries, and PKR 100 million in deployable funds.
