Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites eligible bidders for the outsourcing of security services for the financial year 2026-27. The contract involves providing a total of 115 security guards, comprising 100 male and 15 female guards, to ensure the safety and security of the institute premises in Multan. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Security Services (Total Guards: 115; Male: 100, Female: 15) The scope of work and detailed terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will not be opened. Interested bidders must submit bids in PDF format on the Punjab e-PS portal by 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Bidders must quote rates in Technical & Financial Proposal with both technical and financial offers in response to the bidding documents. The procuring agency is not responsible for any failure in submission due to technical or internet issues. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. This tender is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The procuring agency will not bear any cost or expense related to bid preparation or submission.
