Outsourcing Services for Deployment of Visiting Faculty, Contractual Managers and Other Support Staff

The contract demands firms with a minimum of five years experience in human resource, recruitment, and financial services, with at least three assignments in technical education, training, or public/private sector organizations of good repute. Eligibility criteria include valid registration documents (NTN, FBR, SRB), financial strength with minimum annual contract turnover evidence, and no blacklisting affidavit on Rs. 200/- stamp paper. The bidder must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR and have filed income tax returns for the last three years. A client list of services provided in public/private sectors is also required.
