Tender Description
Sindh Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) Karachi invites bids for outsourcing services for deployment of Visiting Faculty, Contractual Managers, and other support staff across Sindh. This tender covers three main packages: Provision of Visiting Faculty and Contractual Managers, Provision of Staff for Security Services, and Provision of Staff for Driving, Office Attendant, Gardening & Janitorial Services. The procurement is for a one-year contract with possible extension based on performance and fund availability.

The scope includes recruitment, testing, verification, deployment, payroll administration, statutory compliance, attendance management, supervision, replacement, and reporting. The service provider must ensure deployment within 30-60 days, maintain a reserve pool, and comply with all applicable laws. Performance will be monitored on attendance, punctuality, teaching quality, conduct, and statutory compliance. The contract requires a 2% bid security and a 10% performance security.
