Outsourcing of Shoe and Accessories Shop, Tailor Shop, and Canteen Fruit Juice Shop

The Office of the Principal Cadet College Okara is inviting sealed bids from reputable contractors and firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for outsourcing three distinct shops at Cadet College Okara for a period of one year, extendable as per PPRA rules based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Shoe and Accessories Shop - Outsourcing of Tailor Shop - Outsourcing of Canteen, Fruit Juice Shop Each shop is treated as a separate item and bidders must submit separate bids for each under a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38 (1) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The scope involves managing and operating these shops on the college premises, ensuring quality service and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Bidders must have experience completing at least two similar projects and must provide a CDR or Demand Draft as bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000 for each shop category. Additionally, a 10% performance guarantee equal to one month’s rent must be deposited before work commencement.
