Outsourcing of Shoe and Accessories Shop, Tailor Shop, and Canteen Fruit Juice Shop

Principal Cadet College Okara is inviting sealed bids from reputable contractors and firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, who are active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue list. The procurement is for outsourcing three shops at the college for a period of one year, extendable as per PPRA rules based on satisfactory performance. The shops to be outsourced include the Shoe and Accessories Shop, Tailor Shop, and Canteen Fruit Juice Shop. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Shoe and Accessories Shop - Outsourcing of Tailor Shop - Outsourcing of Canteen, Fruit Juice Shop The scope involves managing and operating these shops within the college premises, ensuring quality service and compliance with college regulations. Bidders must submit separate bids for each shop under a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required for each shop, payable via CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Principal Cadet College Okara. Additionally, a 10% performance guarantee equal to one month's rent must be deposited before work commencement. Eligible bidders should have experience completing at least two similar projects, be registered with FBR and Sales Tax, and be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding documents must reach the office by 23rd July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with the bidding process starting at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
