Proposal for Outsourcing 06 Six Electric Golf Carts at Qila Kuna Qasim Bagh Multan

The Punjab Walled Cities & Heritage Areas Authority (PWCA) invites sealed Technical and Financial Bids from eligible firms/companies for the operation of Electric Tourist 6 Six Electric Golf Carts at Qila Kuna Qasim Bagh, Multan on a contractual basis. Items being procured: - Operation of 6 Six Electric Golf Carts at Qila Kuna Qasim Bagh The scope includes the operation and maintenance of electric golf carts for tourist transportation within the heritage site at Qila Kuna Qasim Bagh, Multan. The successful bidder will be responsible for electricity charges and cleanliness and maintenance of the operational area. The lessee shall charge a fare of Rs.100 per person per ride as approved by PWCA. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN Certificate, GST Certificate, professional tax certificate, tax income returns for the last three years, and satisfactory performance certificates/completion reports for government projects completed during the last three years. The successful bidder must submit a Bank Security of Rs.200,000 in favor of the Director General, Punjab Walled Cities & Heritage Areas Authority within seven days of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance. One month's advance rental shall also be deposited. The contract duration is one year, extendable on satisfactory performance and approval by the Director General, PWCA. Technical and Financial Bids must be sealed in separate envelopes and clearly marked, reaching the office before 11:30 AM on 25-October-2026. The opening of Technical Bids will be on 25-October-2026 at 11:30 AM, with Financial Bids opening to be communicated later to technically qualified bidders. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required certificates and tax documents are complete and up to date to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation. Also, prepare the Bank Security and advance rental payment promptly after award to comply with contract conditions.
