Security Services for University of Science & Technology Bannu Campuses

University of Science & Technology Bannu invites sealed bids via the E-PADS portal for provision of professional Security Services at its various campuses located in Bannu Township. The procurement is aimed at hiring well-established and reputable security companies registered with the relevant Home Departments or Ministry of Interior, Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, as well as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active taxpayer status. The scope includes posting of security guards and personnel to provide day and night shift security services ensuring safety and security across all university premises. Items being procured: - Security Services including posting of 100 security guards/personnel for one year The technical scope requires bidders to have valid registrations and active tax status, with the capacity to provide security personnel for continuous shifts. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to 2% of the quoted monthly wage for the security guards. The bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. The contract duration is for one year with a validity of bids up to 90 days from the date of bid opening. Key dates include the bid submission deadline on 19/10/2026 at 12:00 noon via the E-PADS electronic procurement system. Hard copies of the CDR and bid document fee of Rs. 2000 must also reach the Store Officer's office by the same deadline. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm in the conference room of the main campus in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
