Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban-I Areas

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority invites unconditional bids from bidders or Joint Ventures for the outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services along with available resources for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban-I Areas. The contract period is four years, extendable to another two years. Bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per Rule 38 (2)(a) i.e. Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure with least cost selection method. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban-I Areas The estimated price for the four-year contract is Rs. 13,197.36 million with a bid security of 1% in the shape of CDR, BG, DD, PO, or BC amounting to Rs. 131.974 million. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The pre-bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026, at 1100 hours at the address given below. Completed bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 1400 hours on or before September 30, 2026. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid submission responsibility lies entirely with the bidder.
