Fabrication and Supply of Solid Waste Machinery for TMA Jandola

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Jandola, under the Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the solid waste management infrastructure in Jandola. Well-reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC Registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to participate. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014, with technical and financial proposals required. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) The technical scope includes the complete fabrication and supply of the above machinery, with delivery to be made on a FOR basis to the TMA office. The successful bidder must also provide operational training to the staff. All applicable taxes, including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties, will be enforced as per government rules. Bidders must submit a two percent bid security of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Jandola. Only e-bids submitted through the EPADS portal will be accepted; manual or late bids will not be entertained. The deadline for bid submission is **15-09-2026**. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
