Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services for Tehsil Faisalabad Rural-II Areas

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of the Suthra Punjab Authority invites unconditional bids from eligible bidders or joint ventures for the outsourcing of solid waste management services along with available resources for Tehsil Faisalabad Rural-II areas. The contract period is for four years, extendable to another two years. Bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per Rule 38 (2)(a) with a Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure using the least cost selection method. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services for Tehsil Faisalabad Rural-II Areas The bidding document is available for download free of cost from the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. The estimated price for the four-year contract is Rs. 7377.61 million with a bid security of 1% amounting to Rs. 73.776 million in the form of CDR, BG, DD, PO, or BC. Technical bids will be opened on September 30, 2026, at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at 1100 hours. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website by 1400 hours on September 30, 2026. Bid submission and compliance with bidding document requirements are the responsibility of the bidders.
