Tender Description
Municipal Committee Wazirabad invites E-Bids from contractors, firms, and manufacturers registered with PEC, FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system. Bidders must submit bids online through the E-Procurement portal.
Items being procured:
- Providing and Fixing of Different Items for Event Management in MC Wazirabad
- Rehabilitation / Maintenance of Street Lights and Transformers
- Rehabilitation / Maintenance / Renovation / Uplifting of Parks, Green Belt and Tree Plantations
- Making / Fixing of Monuments / Beautification Work at Different Points in City Wazirabad
- Supply of Stationery Items and Repair Maintenance of Computer Systems, Printers, Refilling, Toner
- Repair / Maintenance of Machinery / Official Vehicles
- Patch Work and Kerb Stone Painting / Wall Chalking and Painting for Beautification Purpose
The scope covers diverse maintenance and beautification works across Wazirabad city including electrical, civil, and office supplies. Bidders must be registered with PEC and have valid FBR/ATL status. A bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order is required as per the estimated cost for each lot.
The submission deadline is 28th September 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening at 01:30 PM on the same day. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
