Outsourcing of Sports Facilities Management and Maintenance at Hayatabad and Peshawar Sports Complex

The Directorate General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites experienced and financially sound firms, clubs, companies, and individuals to apply for the outsourcing of management, operation, and maintenance of sports facilities located at Hayatabad Sports Complex and Peshawar Sports Complex in Peshawar. This tender is specifically for the outsourcing of sports facilities management to private sector parties capable of ensuring high standards of upkeep and service. Items being procured: - Operation, management, maintenance and allied services of hockey grounds - Gymnasium - Squash courts - Tennis courts - Swimming pool - Badminton hall - Basketball hall - Volleyball court The scope of services includes comprehensive maintenance and management of these sports venues, ensuring all facilities are properly maintained, players and clubs are facilitated, and the general public is actively engaged through promotion of sports activities and events. The facilities will be handed over on an "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS" for an initial period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension for another 5 years based on satisfactory performance. Interested bidders must possess relevant experience, financial capability, and valid registration with tax and regulatory authorities. Blacklisting by any government or semi-government organization will disqualify applicants. The tender process will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), ensuring transparency and ease of submission. Key dates include a Pre-Bid Meeting on 4th August 2026 at 14:00 hours in the Committee Room of the Directorate General of Sports, Peshawar, to clarify any queries. Applications must be submitted via EPADS on or before 10th August 2026 at 13:30 hours. Electronic opening of applications will follow at 14:00 hours on the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
