Supply of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Uniform Items and Accessories

Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) invites bids for the supply of uniform items and accessories on a free delivery basis at their Headquarters located on Ghazi Road, Lahore. This procurement is for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The department requires the following items: - Shirt & Trouser - Vest Cotton H/S - Vest Cotton F/S - Scarf - Towel - Blanket - Jersey (Black) - Durree - Luppa - Cap Badge - Collar Badges - Fmn Sign - Fmn Sign (Ceremonial) - Rangers Tape Cbt Uniform - Rifle Oil - Flannelette Cloth The technical scope includes supply of these textile and uniform items meeting the required specifications and quality standards for Pakistan Rangers personnel. Delivery is to be made free of cost to the headquarters in Lahore. Bidders must be registered firms with valid FBR and ATL registration and should comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A refundable Bid Security in the form of CDR equal to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, favoring Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Securities Fund. Performance guarantee of 5% of the total tender cost will be required from the successful bidder within 15 days of acceptance. Bidders must register on EPADS V2.0 and submit their bids online by 11 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial documents must be submitted before the closing time. Samples of each item must be deposited by 11 August 2026 at 11:30 AM as per specified quantities and standards. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Pakistan Rangers Headquarters Lahore in the presence of authorized representatives.
